Historical context: Fritz Erler designed this poster for Germany's ninth war loan in autumn 1918. A muscular archer draws his bow against a blaze of flames: the ninth loan is "the ninth arrow" fired at the enemy. Printed in Stuttgart weeks before the armistice, it is one of the last great German posters of the war.
Translation: "The 9th arrow – subscribe to the war loan"
Print details: Available in A4, A3, A2 and A1 on matte or glossy museum-grade paper. Printed and shipped from the EU.
