Refund policy

Every Historicalee poster is printed to order for you. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at infohistoricalee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers) You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, email us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, including your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Please return the poster unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the return shipping, unless the item was faulty. We will refund the full price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may hold the refund until we have received the poster back or you have shown proof of sending it.

Cancelling before shipping Posters go into production quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund in full.

Legal guarantee This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
